Pacific Premier Bank’s Free Payment Option is Now Available
Please note, that payments through Pacific Premier are free if you set up your account with ACH (Direct Bank Draft) or eCheck. Credit & Debit cards are charged based of your Credit or Debit card provider.
You can still make payments through your AppFolio Homeowner’s Portal but ACH and eChecks through AppFolio will be charged a $2.49 transaction fee as of 2/1/2024.

Pacific Premier Bank’s Premier Property Pay system utilizes ACH (Direct Bank Draft) for fee free payments. No Debit or Credit Cards.
You will receive your 26-digit Pacific Premier Account number from 4 Seasons. If you did not receive your Pacific Premier Account Number, please email hello@4shoa.com, and we will provide you with your Account Number and Registration Instructions.
You can also find your 26-digit Account Number on your Homeowners Statement. Please reference the image below:
1) The Pacific Premier Property Premier Property Pay website can be accessed here: https://www.ppbi.com/community-associations/hoa-payments.html
2) Click “Register” on the home page.
3) On the next page click the “Register Now” button below the Username and Password form.
4) On the New User Registration page, you will enter the following:
Account Nickname: This can be any name that you choose for the Account.
Account ID: Enter the 26-digit Account Number provided by 4 Seasons or from your Homeowner’s Statement.
Property Zip Code: This is the zip code for the property in which you will be making the payment.
Click “Next” to move to the next step of the process.
5) On the next screen, enter your Personal Information, Account Information and 2 Challenge Questions for your account, then click on “Register”.
You will receive a confirmation email from Premier Property Pay confirming your account’s enrollment.
6) On the final Registration Screen, you will add the payment method for your checking account or savings account in which the payments will draft.
Once you have entered your bank account information, click “Submit”.
7) You can now go back to the Pacific Premier Property Pay homepage to login to your newly created account.

8) This time you will click “Log In” to access your account.
9) Once logged in to your account, under Dashboard click “Automatic Payments” and select the Account and Payment Method you set up during the registration process.
10) Click the check box next to “Recurring” under Payment Method. Enter the following information for your HOA:
Payment Amount: The amount for your HOA dues.
Payment Frequency: How often your HOA dues are billed. (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly)
First Payment Date: When you would like your recurring AutoPay to start drafting from your bank account.
Note: Pacific Premier can only set the first payment date 30 days in advance. They are working on a fix for this to allow the first payment date to be set further out.
12) Check the box next to “Make Payments Until a Specific Date” and then enter the “Last Payment Date”.
Note: We recommend setting the last payment date for the last day of your HOA’s fiscal year. Annual Budget’s can change the amount of dues for your HOA. Once your HOA’s Annual Budget has been approved, check back to see if the amount of dues has changed and update your AutoPay amount if necessary.

13) Submit the information and your AutoPay through Pacific Premier’s Premier Property Pay is complete.
Note: Payments through Pacific Premier generally take 2-3 business days to process and post to your account. You can view your Account Ledger in your AppFolio Homeowner’s Portal to verify your payment has processed.

On the Pacific Premier Home Screen, click “One-Time Payment”.
You will need to use the “3” account numbers provided by 4 Seasons that make up your 26-digit account number that is used for AutoPay.
Your Management Company ID, HOA ID and Account # can be found at the bottom of your HOA statement. You can also email hello@4shoa.com if you need this information.

Account numbers were emailed to all current homeowners on 2/1/2024. If you did not receive your account number, please email hello@4shoa.com and we’ll send over a letter with your account number and registration instructions.
You can also find your 26-digit account number on your HOA statement.

If you would like to switch your AutoPay from the AppFolio Portal payments, you need to make sure and cancel your subscription through the AppFolio Homeowners Portal so you are not billed twice.

1) Log into your AppFolio Homeowners Portal account with the link above.
2) Once logged in, click on the “Payments” tab on the left hand of the screen.
3) In the Payments screen, go over to the “Scheduled Payments” section and click “Delete” next to Edit and Skip this Payment.
4) The Scheduled Payments section will no longer be visible in your Portal, confirming your AutoPay has been deleted from AppFolio.
Once your AutoPay has been deleted from your AppFolio Homeowners Portal, please review the “Pacific Premier AutoPay Registration Instructions” above to set up your new fee free AutoPay with Pacific Premier.
