This document contains information on the association used by underwriters to approve a loan, which includes the number of units/homes located in an association, the delinquency rate of the association, insurance provider for the association, and much more. (i.e. Condo Certification, PUD Questionnaire, etc.)  This request does NOT include copies of documents such as budgets, minutes, financials, etc.

FHA Condominium Loan Level/Single-Unit Approval Questionnaire -

This document contains information on the association used by underwriters to approve an FHA loan (in a non-approved condominium community).  The pre-filled out document from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development must be provided by the mortgage lender.  This request includes needed documents such as the CC&Rs, financials, Site Plan (if available), Certificate of Insurance, and Explanation of Litigation (if applicable).  The order is not considered complete until the form needed is delivered.

Account Status Letter/Demand/Refinance -

This document contains information used as part of the loan closing process, such as the account balance, current assessment amount, special assessment amount (if applicable), details as to violations that have not been resolved, and also provides information to 4 Seasons for ownership changes, which help to keep the association's records current.  This request does NOT include copies of documents such as budgets, minutes, financials, etc.
